P3 Week 4

Niggle hit week, not ideal but what I bagged was pretty good. If I can clear up this heel / foot / plantar issue then I'll be coming into decent shape.

It strangely seems happier at a better pace, so looks like I'll have to keep steady efforts in and back off the easy / recovery shit.

Mon - REST (planned)
Tue - 6 threshold @ 6.02/mm
Wed - Easy long group run ~7.30/mm
Thu - REST (foot fucked)
Fri - 4 steady @ 6:23/mm
Sat - Race XC relays 5km (mud pit) 19.36
Sun - 9.4 @ 6:44/mm steady

The threshold 6 wasn't as good as I expected, just one of those days.  Wednesday's run fucked my foot (was agony after). S&C / rehab Thursday and Friday was bang on. Race Saturday was almost comically muddy but good fun. 99th/247 on Leg 1 at senior national level.  Sunday's run easy and well over layered but foot a little grubmly (stopped short to ease it off).

Decent week all things considered and had the bones of a plan in there.  Next week need to train with J on Tuesday to stop him dying of boredom at track for the session.  Will threshold Thursday probs.
