First 40 hour training month.
Swimming coming on massively and nailed an hour straight swim and 1:37 avge for 10 x 100m.
3 hour turbo ride
Got a 16 mile run in

The negatives...
Not enough long runs
Not enough time on bike
Not enough big days

The excuses...
It snowed
Work was busy
Had calf problem that kept running down

Overall, I am pleased. That's not a bad return for first proper month training and I always wanted to build into this programe. Now the target is to get some bike and run focus in February and build up to 150 miles running and 500 mile biking.

Averages were -
Run 3.5 per week (29 miles per week)
Swim 2 per week (2.6 mpw)
Bike 3.5 per week (63 mpw)
