Great choices

Saturday's rest day was followed by an evening of getting shit faced so Sunday's great intentions were actually two pretty slow hungover plods.

Finished up with 35 for the week, following 47, 43 & 43 so should just about get me over 180 for the month which will be highest mileage since March 2012. I've had a few months around 170-180 since but nothing approaching 200 which is where I really would like to get.

Plan this week is to get back on the higher side of the mileage.  Get a track session and a tempo in and just keep the consistency going.  Legs are still so - so.  Left shin is not perfect but currently not *that* bad.  Right achillies feels OK and right calf is pretty tight.

Easy run this morning to wake up and I'll do the old school HR test tonight.

Getting to the stage where the tiredness is slowing the easy runs down more than anything but hopefully once the weight shifts and the fitness kicks in they should be nice and relaxed at sub 8 pace with steady runs getting down towards 6.xx territory.

Long way to go, am enjoying the challenge if I am honest but will be nice to get something on the board much more respectable.
