3.02 miles 21.36 149 bpm.

Easiest way to describe this is running with wights. 3 miles felt like 8. legs feel heavy and heart rate is through roof. Maybe have a virus? Does not feel right. Was doing 630s for 150 bpm a couple of weeks ago.  In a slump just gotta grind it out until something happens.  Worry is how long runs feel right now. At home could run 8 miles easy while feeling like this. Out here 3 miles feels  long way.
