P3 Week 1 #bagged

Mon - REST - well needed!
Tue - Track - 6 x 400, 4 x 200
Wed - 8.3 easy
Thu - Track - 10 x 200, 2 x 400
Fri - 8 easy
Sat - am) 22 min Parkrun with Sawyer boy pm) 4 mile easy treadmill
Sun - hills - 2 x 9 x 20 secs

Decent week, bagged the key sessions but pretty jaded Thursday then stitched myself up boozing and eating shit Friday / Saturday.  Rest day tomorrow then close repeat of this week.

Sessions going ok, working hard and 400 pace coming down to where it needs to be.  Reckon November time may be able to crack 70 for 400m intervals which is bang on.

Easy runs no Garmin and soon to be all on treadmill.  Legs (shin & heel) still giving jip.  Needs to go!

Paces OK, coming down nicely and on off week would expect mid 6's to be pretty easy and the big target is to see that tempo pace under 5.40/mm - that's time to start looking for a quick race!

Posh numbers are 39 miles for the week for 357 TSS which is right ball park.

Feeling OK, another week of this then 2 weeks of steady (no track) sessions and then hopefully get a Parkrun in to test the engine!

Ordered some Pegasus turbo 2 as my old ones were pretty sound, held out for the 4% but UK 8 non existent !!

Rest day tomorrow so rehab and hopefully a solid session Tuesday
