Attempt #3
Boom, 1 mile banked. Well, 4 laps of the park. Fuck knows how slow it was and I was pretty much toast by the end but got it done.
Hip - again no 'structural' pain just some aching around outside which feels like it can be lived with.
As long as there is no 'locking' I think I am good to go. Rebuild conditioning and aim to get back to some form of running. I think rehab and diet become more important. Fuck, just had sugar puffs for breakfast lol
Feel a million miles from fitness but still treading carefully as I am not 100% that all is clear
