10k in 45 mins tonight. Longest run since November 10th !

Leg - OK, still a bit 'there' but wouldn't say causing any problems.  Felt a bit 'hmm' at 5.5 miles but eased off again. 

I think I can resume proper training on Monday.

For the rest of the week though - Parkrun Saturday, easy 5 Sunday #plan

Next week, aim is to get a track session in with a view to see what happens when I try to run at something remotely looking like pace.
