Slowly Slowly

Feel better today, much better than of recent.  Last night's 5 miles @ bang on 7/mm was pretty good and the legs held up.  Last half mile or so fatigue crept in and the hip ached slightly but definitely best run back since mid-November.

Tonight the plan is to run 5 in the middle of Jakes 8 miles, roughly 7.30 pace target but we'll see what happens.

Feels like I am nearing the end of 'rehab' and can start looking at a training plan of some sort.  Would be nice to target getting back to 17.30 5k shape in the not-too-distant future but HR for recent runs has been north of lunar!

Be interesting to see how tonight goes, fingers crossed no set backs and 2 on the bounce would be a tidy start to the week.  Probs need to rest Wednesday before running 5 again Thursday.

But we shall see !  Let's just hope the legs don't fall off tonight. 

Last couple of times I've come back from injury after being fit I came back stronger so I'm not too despondent (yet) but I can't be hanging around running 19 min Parkruns for too long.  Need to be peppering low 18's before too long #gulp

Mind you, would help not running in tights and long sleeve and having a proper race breakfast ;)
