Good bad run

Legs felt battered today, left running lunchtime to try and ease them in a bit. Got home and bike had arrived (get in)!! Set it up with basic peddles and had a quick blast around Cambourne. Jesus it's quick !!

Got out for a run and decided to do 2 solid efforts of around marathon pace and then 10k pace. Mixed it up with some easy and steady and felt ok by the end. 5.15 miles in around 36 mins so happy with that. My first brick session lol!

Looking forward to getting on the bike tomorrow and setting up the new peddles. Hopefully do an hour and an hour run.
